For automated surface treatment, we offer custom-built facilities. All pre-and post-treatment plants can be easily integrated into your existing production line or be used as a stand-alone unit.

It is basically possible to accommodate the following parameters to your particular needs:

• The thermal power of the burner
• The speed of processing and the number of processing cycles
• The proportion of silane added (for the Pyrosil® / silica and UVitro® appropriate facilities)

All of our pre- and post-treatment machines can be run either with propane or natural gas and can be integrated easily into existing production lines or run as stand-alone units.
